Hi, I’m Swati.
I grew up in Lucknow, did my MBA in Delhi, and in 2017 I followed my husband to the Netherlands. No job, no network, no Dutch.
Today I work in corporate tech, I’ve travelled to 40+ countries, and I dance whenever I get the chance. This blog is the honest version of how I got here 🤍

Why I started this blog
Most of my DMs ask the same things. How do I get a job in the Netherlands? How do I move abroad? How do I switch when I feel stuck? I can’t answer everyone properly in a DM, so I write the real answers here.
I also write about the other parts of my life: the office days, the trips, the dancing, and the stuff that didn’t go well. Because people see the travel and the nice outfits, and they call it a dream life. It is a good life. But it took a lot to get here, and I want to show that part too.
