The Challenge: To boost the number of downloads of its app.
Developed a campaign that promoted daily discounts that were available exclusively through its official app.
The campaign was launched and targeted region wise (each with different demographics)
Custom audience and lookalike audience gave more preferences- Using its own customer data, Swiggy targeted and retargeted its ads to people who had previously purchased or interacted with the brand and lookalike audiences.
Included automatic method as a placement distributed budget between the placements itself. Automatic placements delivered a lower cost per subscriber across the board.
Results: Achieved maximum numbers of app installs and orders in a single day i.e. 7.2K installs @ CPI of Rs.85
