Set up a clear objective by organising the departments, scalability/usage of the tool and goals

Opted Salesforce for RevenYOU, Marketo for Bootzeil and  Eloqua for Bureau Stroopwafel as the automation tools on the basis of Ease of use and Scalability

Designed the buyers journey and added sequence of automated emails to each stage.

Created an email campaign for new users As soon as someone entered into our email system, a series of emails were sent out to identify what exactly they are looking for this would then determine which sequence they’d be moved into.

Results: By moving from a generic newsletter to personalised marketing automation tool we nurtured and delivered 12% more leads to the sales team in three weeks
